Eric R. Union leads a boutique mortgage lending practice at Supreme lending.  Staffed with professionals with over 50 years' combined experience in the mortgage industry, the team provides each client with a unique experience, focused on understanding their short and long-term financial goals.

The cornerstone of Eric's approach is to help each client safely structure the largest debt of their life, taking into account their cash flow, cash reserves, other debt, and ability to fund future investments.  The net result is financial peace of mind.  A 40-year San Diego resident, Eric is committed to helping his clients successfully purchase and safely hold real estate.

Eric earned his Bachelor's degree in Finance from San Diego State University.  He is a Certified High Trust Coach, Certified Mortgage Planner (CMP), CA Real Estate Licensee 1986 & Broker Licensee 2004, Mortgage Loan Originator Licensee 2010.  Eric has served as a Strategic Equity Faculty Member certifying Mortgage Originators for CMP designation and is an industry-recognized expert.

Eric supports community organizations such as the La Jolla Kiwanis where he received the Distinguished Service Award and Chaired the Junior Olympics.  He is also the founder and a board member of JH Outback San Diego, and enjoyed coaching soccer for DMCV Sharks for 17 seasons.

Eric and his wife Julie, married June 1988, have three daughters Kristi, Lauren and Megan and Son-in-Law Cooper Walters, live in Carmel Valley area and attend Grace point Church.
